（感知/避障方向）\n\n岗位方向：机器人环境感知 / 激光雷达与深度相机 / 点云算法 / 嵌入式部署\n\n工作经验：2年及以上相关工作经验，具有优秀实际项目经验者可适当放宽。\n\n岗位职责：\n\n1. 负责移动机器人障碍物检测与环境感知算法的设计、开发及优化，基于激光雷达、深度相机等传感器，开展二维、三维点云处理，实现机器人停障避障相关功能，提升复杂场景下算法的准确性、实时性与鲁棒性。\n\n3. 负责感知传感器的技术调研、选型及性能评估，结合机器人应用场景，开展传感器测距精度、检测能力、环境适应性及稳定性等方面的测试验证，并制定合理的应用方案。\n\n4. 负责感知算法在 Linux 及 ARM 嵌入式平台（如 RK3588）上的部署与优化，针对计算资源、实时性、内存占用及系统负载等约束，提升算法运行效率与工程可靠性。\n\n5. 负责感知算法的实车验证、数据分析及现场问题定位，建立可复现、可验证的问题分析流程，推动算法问题闭环及性能持续改进。\n\n6. 参与感知系统整体方案设计，与调度、控制及软硬件团队协作，完善感知结果输出、异常状态处理及安全保护机制，提升机器人系统整体的安全性与稳定性。\n\n7. 负责相关模块的代码维护、技术文档、测试方案及性能评估报告编写，推动算法模块的工程规范化与可维护性建设。\n\n任职要求：\n\n基本要求：\n\n1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化、机器人、电子信息、机械电子等相关专业，具备移动机器人、自动驾驶或相关感知算法开发经验。\n\n2. 具备扎实的 C++ 编程能力，熟悉 STL、面向对象编程及常用数据结构与算法，具有良好的代码设计和调试能力。\n\n3. 熟悉 Linux 开发环境，掌握常用编译、调试、性能分析及问题排查工具，能够使用 Python 进行数据处理、测试分析或辅助开发。\n\n4. 具备良好的线性代数、空间几何及概率统计基础，能够将数学方法应用于实际感知算法开发。\n\n专业能力：\n\n1. 熟悉单线或多线激光雷达、深度相机等感知设备的基本原理、数据特点及适用场景，具有至少一类传感器的实际项目开发经验。\n\n2. 熟悉二维或三维点云处理算法，掌握点云滤波、降采样、聚类分割、几何特征提取等常用方法，熟悉 PCL、Eigen 等相关算法库。\n\n3. 熟悉机器人坐标系及空间变换，能够正确处理传感器外参、坐标变换、TF 关系及时间同步等工程问题。\n\n4. 熟悉 ROS / ROS2 的基本架构及通信机制，具有 Topic、TF、Node 等模块的实际开发或调试经验。\n\n5. 具备障碍物检测、环境感知或相关算法模块的实际开发经验，能够针对误检、漏检、传感器噪声、环境干扰等问题开展分析与优化。\n\n6. 具备良好的算法工程化能力，能够结合实际传感器数据、运行环境及计算资源约束，完成算法设计、代码实现、测试验证和部署优化。\n\n7. 具备独立分析和解决复杂技术问题的能力，能够通过日志、传感器数据、ROS Bag 等方式定位并复现问题，推动问题闭环。\n\n加分项：\n\n1. 具有 AGV、AMR 等移动机器人或无人驾驶产品的实际量产或规模化落地经验。\n\n2. 具有丰富的单线激光雷达、多传感器融合、动态障碍物检测、地面分割、低矮障碍物检测或复杂环境感知相关算法开发经验。\n\n3. 熟悉 RK3588、Jetson 等嵌入式平台，具备算法性能优化、多线程开发或实时性优化经验。\n\n4. 具有激光雷达、深度相机选型、性能测试、外参标定或多传感器系统集成经验。\n\n5. 了解机器人功能安全相关设计思想，熟悉传感器异常检测、冗余设计、故障降级或失效保护策略。\n\n6.
