SQL、消息堆积、并发锁冲突等；\n\n5对接前端、测试、产品、运维，配合完成联调、发布、灰度上线；\n\n6优化现有系统：分库分表、缓存优化、异步化改造、接口限流熔断；\n\n7参与代码 Review，规范编码，沉淀工具类、公共组件。\n\n任职要求\n\n1. 基础能力\n\n本科及以上计算机相关专业\n\n扎实 Java 基础：集合、多线程、锁机制、JVM 内存模型、GC 调优、IO/NIO；\n\n熟练 MySQL，懂索引优化、事务隔离级别、慢 SQL 排查，会写复杂联表、分页；\n\n熟练使用 Redis，掌握缓存穿透 / 击穿 / 雪崩解决方案、分布式锁；\n\n熟练使用消息中间件 Kafka/RabbitMQ，了解消息可靠性、分区、堆积处理。\n\n2. 框架 & 中间件\n\n熟练 Spring、SpringBoot、Spring Cloud（Nacos/Eureka、Feign、Gateway）；\n\n熟练 MyBatis/MyBatis-Plus，能手写 XML 复杂 SQL；\n\n熟悉 Docker 容器部署、基础 Linux 命令，日志排查（grep、awk）；\n\n了解分布式理论：CAP、BASE、最终一致性、分布式事务方案；\n\n加分：Elasticsearch、分库分表 Sharding-JDBC、XXL-Job 定时任务。\n\n3. 业务 & 工程能力\n\n有仓储、物流、供应链、电商系统开发经验优先；\n\n懂接口规范、RESTful API，会使用 Postman、Swagger；\n\n了解高并发、高可用设计：限流、熔断、降级（Sentinel/Hystrix）；\n\n掌握 Git
