HRIS.\nBuild HR dashboards and metrics to support decision-making and monitor compliance.\nGenerate ad hoc HR analytics and insights, ensuring traceable methodology and clean datasets.\n Recruitment Support & ATS Management\nManage user roles, permissions, and profile provisioning within the ATS (Lever).\nSupport recruiting teams operationally, ensuring smooth workflow between ATS and HRIS.\nProduce recruitment analytics and reports and ensure proper data within the ATS\n HR Administration & Systems Management\nOwn the HRIS data lifecycle: create, maintain, audit, and update freelancers records across all HR systems and internal trackers.\nEnsure data governance, accuracy, consistency, completeness, and traceability across HRIS modules (data, org structure, compensation, attendance, etc.).\nTrack upcoming agreements expirations, follow up with relevant stakeholders, and prepare related documentation\nSupport onboarding and offboarding workflows within the HRIS, ensuring that access, documentation, and compliance requirements are executed correctly.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in HR administration or HR project management, ideally within a technology or high-growth environment.\nStrong proficiency with HRIS and ATS \nComfortable working with data, reports, and analytics.\nExcellent organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to details\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working in a multicultural environment.\nFluent in both English and French, written and spoken.\nHigh level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential
