management.\nResponsibilities\nProject Management\nLead end-to-end HRIS implementation projects from planning through post-go-live support.\nDevelop project plans, timelines, milestones, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.\nManage project scope, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.\nMonitor project progress and communicate status updates to leadership and key stakeholders.\nEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.\nHRIS Implementation\nGather and document business requirements from HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders.\nWork closely with HRIS vendors and implementation partners throughout the implementation lifecycle.\nConfigure and validate HRIS processes in collaboration with functional experts.\nCoordinate data migration, system integrations, testing (UAT), and production deployment.\nSupport process redesign and ensure alignment with HR best practices.\nManage post-implementation stabilization activities and continuous system improvements.\nStakeholder Management\nAct as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders and external implementation partners.\nFacilitate workshops, project meetings, steering committee updates, and decision-making sessions.\nBuild strong relationships across HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and leadership teams.\nDrive stakeholder engagement and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.\nChange Management & Training\nDevelop and execute change management and communication plans.\nCoordinate end-user training and create user documentation.\nSupport business readiness activities to ensure successful system adoption.\nMonitor adoption metrics and recommend improvements where necessary.\nGovernance & Reporting\nTrack project KPIs, budget, risks, and project health.\nPrepare executive-level project reports and presentations.\nEnsure compliance with internal governance processes and data privacy requirements.\nMaintain project documentation and implementation artifacts.\nRequired Skills\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.\n5+ years of project management experience.\nProven experience leading at least one full-cycle HRIS implementation.\nStrong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee administration, leave management, organizational management, and performance management.\nExperience working with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, Payroll, and Finance.\nExperience integrating HRIS platforms with Payroll, Identity Management, ATS or ERP is a strong
