In this role, you will work cross-functionally to design and guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds and designing the product workflow from beginning to end.\nTASKS\nBe responsible for creating end-to-end experiences, from start to finish.\nPartner up with Product Managers to define design solutions.\nCreate and deliver high-quality user interfaces that help improve the overall design language of our products.\nHave a 360º view of the area you're working on and the business in general.\nCollaborate, assist and review junior designers.\nLead and participate in brainstorming sessions.\nPresent design projects to stakeholders and gather feedback.\nDevelop exhaustive design handoffs, and follow design implementations with developers.\nConduct design and usability tests.\nActively build and maintain internal design system.\nSuggest improvements that contribute to the overall direction of our products and strategy.\nParticipate in shaping the design culture at YASSIR.\nHelp maintain and improve the internal design process.\nREQUIREMENTS\n4+ years experience designing digital experiences, in a professional environment.\nPortfolio showcasing your work and great visual skills and attention to detail.\nExperience designing for iOS, Android, and Web.\nAbility to dissect and simplify complex problems.\nHigh understanding of iOS and Android design language and system behavior and platform standards in general.\nAdvanced design tools mastery, such as Sketch or Figma.\nHigh proficiency in producing high-fidelity prototypes using tools such as Principle, ProtoPie, Origami... etc.\nComplete mastery of design principles.\nStrong knowledge of product development process.\nAlways up to date with design industry news and best practices.\nLarge knowledge of design patterns.\nGreat written and verbal communication skills.\nTeam player, you enjoy working in teams and sharing your experience and knowledge with others.\nAbility and willingness to learn and develop strong design leadership skills.\nExperience working and building Design Systems.\nA computer science graduate, relevant degree, or equivalent.\nExperience in a
