- 3 years of experience building out services using TypeScript with Node.js or another strongly typed, object-oriented language.
- 3 years of experience building out services using Python.
- Experience configuring and maintaining a SaaS solution built on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Kubernetes (including Helm) with Docker containers.
- Experience using logging, monitoring, and metric tools such as Splunk and DataDog.
- Experience mentoring more junior engineers.
- Experience designing and building agentic AI systems, including orchestration of multi-step AI workflows, tool use, and integration of large language models into production backend services.
- Experience using Claude Code for AI-assisted development, including leveraging agentic workflows to accelerate test authoring, framework development, and code reviews.
