You will be working within a pod structure where organisation, teamwork and communication is vital.\nKey responsibilities:\nThe provision of in-depth reports and analysis to Advisers to enable them to present recommendations to clients.\nLiaison with Advisers to determine the most appropriate recommendations for clients financial planning.\nFrom the information provided by the Adviser determine the most appropriate solution and recommendations to meet the clients’ needs.\nDetermine the most appropriate way of presenting the report and ensure that it contains all the necessary information.\nEnsuring that all work is completed within the required timescales and to the standards required.\nEnsure that you have a thorough understanding of Quilter Cheviot guidelines and keep up to date with changes via completion of regular competency tests.\nIn your role you should constantly ensure that customers are being treated fairly and highlight any situations where you believe this is not the case.\nProviding Paraplanning services to Financial Advisers within FCA Regulations\nAbout You\nPrevious experience of paraplanning\nCII QCF Level 4 Diploma qualified or equivalent (or very close to achieving)\nExcellent report writing and presentation skills.\nAnalytically minded.\nKnowledge of Financial Services Industry providers, platforms, analytical tools such as Defaqto Engage and Analytics, X-Plan desirable.\nExcellent communication skills, both oral and written, including being proficient in the use of technology.\nGood interpersonal skills.\nProficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Microsoft outlook.\nAbility to organise workloads and prioritise effectively\n#LI-VS1 #QC\nInclusion & Diversity\nWe value diversity and strive to promote inclusivity in all aspects of our culture.
