This is a shop floor role. You will be assigned to a primary decoration method, trained on it, responsible for hitting output and quality targets consistently.\nOur decoration methods include embroidery, debossing, heat transfer, screen printing, luggage printing, and seamstress / sewing work, among others. You will be placed based on your background and our production needs.\nThis is a full-time, fully on-site role based in Santa Fe Springs, CA.\nResponsibilities\nSet up, operate, and maintain your assigned decoration equipment - embroidery, debossing, heat transfer, screen printing, luggage printing, seamstress / sewing, and others\nRun daily production against output and quality targets\nInspect finished pieces against job specs before they move downstream - placement, registration, color, stitch count, and construction\nIdentify and resolve defects immediately; escalate to your Lead when needed\nExecute job changeovers using setup sheets and decoration specs\nPerform pre-shift machine readiness checks and daily cleaning, lubrication, and preventive maintenance\nHandle first-level troubleshooting on your equipment\nLog output counts, defects, and downtime in the production system in real time\nCommunicate material shortages, equipment issues, or quality problems to your Lead as they happen\nSupport finishing work including trimming, folding, tagging, bagging, and packing as needed\nQualifications\nRequired: \nExperience in garment decoration, embroidery, apparel construction, or a related production environment strongly preferred - we will also train candidates coming from other production or manufacturing backgrounds with transferable skills\nStrong attention to detail and an eye for quality - placement, registration, color, construction\nAbility to follow SOPs consistently and flag issues without being asked\nReliable and able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends when needed\nBilingual English / Spanish a plus\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS, WITH OR WITHOUT REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION:\nLifting up to 50 pounds\nStanding and walking throughout the entirety of your shift\nAbility to go up and down stairs, use of ladders throughout the day as needed\nBending, twisting, or kneeling may be required throughout the day for lifting or maneuvering objects\nMay be asked to work outside or travel to shoots off-site as needed\nWork in a production environment with machinery noise and variable temperature\nPay: $25.50/hour with overtime opportunities available\nAll posted ranges are reflective of base salary and may vary depending upon experience level and location.
