In this critical security and asset protection role, you will serve as the primary loss prevention professional responsible for protecting company assets, preventing theft and fraud, and ensuring operational security. You will manage security personnel during shifts, conduct comprehensive loss prevention investigations, develop and implement site-specific LP policies, monitor and maintain CCTV systems, and coordinate with external security and technology vendors. Your work directly protects Quince assets while maintaining a secure, compliant operational environment at site.\nResponsibilities\nSecurity Headcount Management & Shift Coordination \nOversee security personnel assignments and schedules across operational shifts\nConduct daily briefings and debrief sessions with security HC to communicate protocols and incident updates \nMonitor security personnel performance and provide feedback on adherence to procedures\nEnsure proper security coverage during high-risk periods and special events\n\nLoss Prevention Investigations & Event Management\nInvestigate suspected theft, fraud, and unexplained losses \nConduct incident reviews, document findings, and prepare investigation reports\nCollaborate with operations team on root cause analysis and corrective actions \nManage emergency response and coordinate with law enforcement when necessary\n\nCCTV System Monitoring & Maintenance \nMonitor CCTV system performance and investigate technical issues \nReview footage for security incidents, suspicious activities, and operational insights \nCoordinate CCTV maintenance, upgrades, and vendor support requests \nMaintain CCTV footage archives and retention according to compliance requirements\n\nLoss Prevention Policy Development & Compliance \nDevelop and implement site-specific LP policies, procedures, and protocols\nEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal security and asset protection regulations \nConduct security awareness training for operations and warehouse staff \n\nVendor Management & External Relations\nManage relationships with security agency vendors and coordinate contract renewals \nCommunicate with CCTV vendors on system performance, repairs, and technology upgrades \nEvaluate security vendor performance and cost-effectiveness; negotiate terms where applicable\n\nQualifications\nRequired:\n6+ years of experience in loss prevention, asset protection, or security management\nProven experience investigating theft, fraud, and security incidents\nStrong understanding of CCTV systems, surveillance technology, and monitoring protocols\nExcellent investigative and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage and coordinate with security personnel\nKnowledge of security policies, compliance requirements, and legal considerations in loss prevention\nAbility to work independently, remain objective, and handle sensitive situations professionally\nPreferred:\nExperience in warehouse, returns processing, or logistics operations\nCertification in loss prevention, security management, or related field (CPP, CFE, or equivalent)\nBackground in e-commerce, direct-to-consumer (DTC), or retail operations\nFamiliarity with inventory management systems and loss analytics tools\nExperience coordinating with law enforcement and external security agencies\nWork Schedule\nFull-time position: 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday)\nSchedule flexibility required to accommodate security operations and shift coverage across Monday-Sunday operations\nMay include occasional evening, weekend, or on-call hours depending on security incidents or investigations\nAll posted ranges are reflective of base salary and may vary depending upon experience level and location.
