If you want to work with sharp, ambitious people who push boundaries, move quickly, and are excited to take space operations to the next level, Quindar is the place to do it.\nAbout the Role\nAs a Contracts & Subcontracts Administrator at Quindar, you will support the full lifecycle management of both government and commercial contracts and subcontracts. You’ll work closely with the Contracts Manager and partner with internal teams, customers, partners, and subcontractors to support contract negotiations, proposal activities, compliance, subcontract management, and contractual risk mitigation.\nThis role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly. You’ll have the opportunity to work across a broad range of agreements and transactions while taking ownership of day-to-day contract and subcontract administration.\nYour work will help strengthen Quindar’s contracting processes and support scalable growth across both our government and commercial business.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAdminister government and commercial contracts and subcontracts throughout the full contract lifecycle, from proposal and negotiation through performance and closeout.\n\nSupport a variety of government contract vehicles and types, including Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Cost-Reimbursement, Time & Materials (T&M), Other Transaction Agreements (OTAs), IDIQs, and SBIR-related agreements.\n\nSupport the drafting, review, negotiation, and administration of commercial agreements, including Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Software and SaaS Agreements, Statements of Work (SOWs), NDAs, Teaming Agreements, MOUs, and other business agreements.\n\nManage subcontract administration activities, including preparing and issuing RFPs/RFQs, evaluating subcontractor proposals, negotiating subcontract terms, issuing subcontracts and modifications, managing required flowdowns, and monitoring subcontractor compliance.\n\nSupport proposal activities by coordinating contractual requirements, reviewing solicitation terms, identifying required representations and certifications, and working with internal teams to develop scopes, pricing, and delivery schedules.\n\nReview and negotiate contract and subcontract terms and modifications, identify areas of contractual risk, and escalate significant issues to the Contracts Manager.\n\nReview agreements for compliance with applicable FAR/DFARS requirements, customer requirements, company policies, and negotiated terms.\n\nMaintain complete and organized contract and subcontract files, including agreements, modifications, amendments, correspondence, deliverables, payment schedules, and other contractual documentation.\n\nTrack contractual obligations, deliverables, periods of performance, funding, option periods, and other key milestones.\n\nPrepare summaries of contract requirements, obligations, status, and risks for internal stakeholders.\n\nSupport contract and subcontract closeout activities.\n\nProvide day-to-day contractual guidance to program, technical, finance, and business development teams.\n\nAssist in developing and improving contract administration processes, templates, trackers, and internal procedures as Quindar continues to grow.\nRequired Qualifications\n\nMinimum of 3-5 years of relevant contracts and/or subcontracts experience, with demonstrated experience in subcontract administration.\n\nBachelor’s degree in business administration, contract management, supply chain, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.\n\nExperience supporting both government and commercial contracts.\n\nWorking knowledge of FAR and DFARS requirements and federal contracting principles.\n\nExperience administering multiple contract types, such as FFP, Cost-Reimbursement, T&M, OTAs, IDIQs, and/or SBIR agreements.\n\nExperience with subcontractor solicitation, negotiation, administration, flowdowns, and compliance.\n\nStrong contract review and negotiation skills with excellent attention to detail.\n\nAbility to manage multiple agreements, deadlines, and competing priorities simultaneously.\n\nAbility to operate independently while knowing when to escalate contractual or business risks.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, particularly the ability to clearly summarize contractual requirements, risks, and obligations.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nNCMA Certifications (CFCM, CPCM, CCCM) or other contract management certifications.\n\nExperience with export controls, ITAR, or Title 50 (if your work touches sensitive/intelligence domains).\n\nSecurity clearance (or ability to obtain one).\n\nExperience with Other Transaction Agreements (OTAs).\n\nGraduate degree in relevant field.\n\nITAR REQUIREMENTS:\nTo conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
