This role is crafted for a strategic thinker who believes data should inform creativity-not limit it. You’ll be responsible for developing and leading integrated communications strategies that connect high-value audiences with our hotel and hospitality clients. You’ll work alongside passionate strategists, creatives, and data specialists to deliver campaigns that are as effective as they are elegant.\nWhat You’ll Do\nOur Associate Vice Presidents are account leaders and responsible for spearheading client success and satisfaction. You’ll manage a team of 3 team members to drive results across a portfolio of luxury hospitality accounts. Job responsibilities include:\nProvide strategic direction to clients and team \nResponsible for client satisfaction and meeting/exceeding deliverable goals \nMaintain client relationships through meetings, in-person travel/events, conference calls, general contact, meeting agendas, notes, reports, etc. \nOversee account work for 3 team members (ranging from account executives to senior account executives), providing training, coaching, editing, mentoring and overall sound leadership \nProvide strategic, strong and consistent media results and measurement \nSupport crisis communications, as needed \nIdentify stories and pitches; edit and write press releases, media alerts, photo captions, media pitches, etc. \nDevelop and maintain solid relationships with journalists, bloggers and influencers \nProvide ideation and campaigns; participate in brainstorms \nRecommend, source and implement strategic events and partnerships \nProvide influencer strategy, advice, research, campaign ideas and provide and/or supervise communications management \nRecognize and bring client issues to supervisor’s attention with a suggested solution \nHandle minor client issues independently \nPerform research and analysis of clients and the marketplace \nOversee detail-oriented monthly and/or quarterly reporting \nStay on top of current industry news, trends and technology; attend events; network \nWho You Are\nSeven+ years’ work experience in luxury travel/hotel/hospitality PR; agency experience is required; must have luxury hotel experience and hotel opening experience \nMinimum three years in a supervisory capacity managing at least 2 junior team members \nAbility to adapt to fast-paced, multi-tasking, unique work environment \nYou’re a self-starter with a proven ability to lead a team and work well independently \nYou have experience resolving client issues quickly and efficiently \nExceptional written and verbal communication skills \nOutstanding team player with a positive attitude \nExperience launching campaigns with non-client partners \nYou have a solid portfolio of secured media coverage (national, magazine, newspaper, TV and digital wins) and brand partnership contacts \nComprehensive knowledge of the travel industry + media, including industry-appropriate bloggers and influencers \nProven experience handling crisis a plus \nProficiency in reporting platforms (Muck Rack, Meltwater, Tagger) \nWhy Interluxe Group?\nPurposeful Impact: Shape strategies that connect iconic and emerging luxury brands with high-value audiences worldwide. \nInspired Culture: A warm, passionate, and intellectually vibrant team where bold thinking and collaboration are celebrated. \nGrowth & Development: Clear pathways for professional growth, mentorship, and learning at the forefront of luxury marketing innovation. \n Exceptional Benefits: Competitive compensation, comprehensive health and wellness plans, unlimited PTO, and 401(k) \nHow to Apply\nIf you’re ready to operate where intelligence meets inspiration, please submit your resume and a cover letter that reflects not just your experience, but your perspective on modern luxury marketing.
