This position is responsible for coordinating technician dispatch, managing work in process (WIP), maintaining clear customer communication, and supporting overall service operations. This role supports service excellence through timely updates, customer support, and strong operational execution.\nResponsibilities\nResponsibilities\nCoordinate dispatch of field and shop technicians.\nReconcile technician time between Kronos and DBS.\nReview and update work in process (WIP) regularly.\nExpedite work orders and coordinate workflow.\nCommunicate work order status with the Customer Service Communicator.\nRespond promptly and professionally to customer requests.\nSupport positive customer satisfaction and NPS performance.\nMaintain effective communication with internal departments.\nOrder Caterpillar parts and source outside vendor parts.\nProvide time & material estimates as needed.\nAnalyze WIP to identify warranty issues, interdepartmental needs, or vendor involvement.\nAuthorize technician purchases with or without a Quinn PO.\nCollect payment methods, including cash transactions.\nMaintain accurate work orders and complete invoicing to meet benchmarks (LDL to Invoice, WIP turns).\nManage collection issues and prevent write-offs.\nApply general machine and weld shop product support knowledge.\nSupport service needs across all branches when required.\nPerform other duties as assigned, including occasional work outside standard hours.\nDemonstrate alignment with Quinn Company’s values and performance-driven culture.\nQualifications\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or GED required.\n1-2 years of related experience; customer service experience preferred.\nEquivalent education/experience combinations accepted.\nProficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word).\nStrong communication, organization, and customer service skills.\nQuinn is an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/V/DV.
