This role collaborates with engineering and quality teams, maintains a clean and safe work environment, follows safety protocols.\nJob Description\nPerform manual assembly of microwave components, including soldering, wire bonding, and mechanical assembly.\nUse microscopes and precision hand tools to assemble small electronic and mechanical parts.\nFollow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and engineering drawings to ensure accurate assembly.\nConduct visual inspections and testing to verify quality and functionality of components.\nWork closely with engineering and quality control teams to resolve assembly and marking issues.\nMaintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with company and industry standards.\nFollow safety procedures and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protocols to protect sensitive components.\nSupport continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities for process optimization.\nOperate laser marking equipment to etch or engrave product identification on components and enclosures.\nEnsure laser-marked parts meet quality standards by inspecting markings for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.\nCommunicate effectively with supervisors, engineers, and team members regarding job progress.\nTeam player with a positive attitude, eager to collaborate and contribute to the success of the team.\nSupport special projects, providing additional assistance and resources as needed.\nExemplify QuinStar’s Core Values-Accountability, Compassion, and Tenacity-in all tasks, ensuring that your work directly contributes to team success and company growth.\nRequirements\nMust meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by Federal Government.\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nPossess a California driver’s license.\n1+ years of experience in electronic or mechanical assembly preferred.\nExperience working with microwave, RF, or millimeter-wave components is a plus.\nFamiliarity with laser marking equipment and processes is preferred.\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.\nBasic soldering skills.\nFamiliar with solder and silver epoxy attachment techniques\nAbility to use curve tracer to check continuity.\nExceptional dexterity for handling small parts.\nAbility to work in cleanroom.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to work under a microscope for extended periods.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nPhysical Requirements:\nThis job operates in a machine shop environment.\nAbility to stay in stationary position for extended length of time.\nRemove or replace up to 25 pounds.\nPositioning, arranging, or moving items up to certain heights or at ground level.\nOccasional ascending/descending of Ladders.\nAbility to use/work on small parts or tools for an extended period of time.\nWork continuously using a microscope.\n*We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays, and ongoing training and development opportunities to support your career growth.\nSalary Description\n$18.69 -
