Working closely with internal teams, vendors, and external partners, the Event Manager ensures that all logistical details are executed accurately, efficiently, and within established budgets.\nCore Responsibilities\nGuest Experience and Event Operations\nTicketing and inventory management:Coordinate tracking, inventory verification, seat assignments, and distribution of physical/digital tickets.\nEvent fulfillmentoperations:Manage end-to-end fulfillment processes, including Excel reporting, shipping label creation, supplier coordination, quality control, package assembly, and detailed documentation.\nCreative and production coordination:Partner withtheinternal graphic designteamto develop credentials, signage, and other event materials.\nScheduling management:Develop/maintainschedules for guest services, staff assignments, fulfillment operations, transportation, tours, and experiences.\nVendor and supplier management:Research, negotiate with, contract, and manage vendors providing transportation, staffing, gifts, and other event services.\nEvent setup:Oversee event setup, vendor coordination, equipment movement, and freight management.\nOn-site event execution:Lead/support operational plans for staff training, package distribution and collection, transportation coordination, hospitality registration, tours, and guest experiences.\nOperational problem-solving:Identifypotential challenges, and respond effectively to changing conditions.\n\nPost-event follow-up:Support reconciliation, documentation, expense tracking, and operational reviews.\nLeadership and People Management\nEstablish clear objectives, priorities, and deadlines for direct reports.\nDelegate responsibilities based on event requirements, workload, and team capabilities.\nMonitor the quality and timelycompletion of assigned deliverables.\nProvide hands-on coaching, feedback, and professional development.\nSupport effective communication and coordination across internal teams and event stakeholders.\nFinancial and Budget Management\nManage assigned event budgets.\nNegotiate with vendors and collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximize budget efficiency.\nTrack projected, committed, and actual expenses accurately and consistently.\nMonitor on-site spending and promote fiscal responsibility across traveling teams.\nPartner with department leadership to review sales projections, assess financial performance, and recommend budget adjustments when needed.\nIdentifyopportunities to control costs without compromising guest experience or operational quality.\nQualifications and Requirements\nProfessional Experience and Education\nAt least four years of progressively responsible experience in event planning, event operations, or event management.\nExperience in live events, professional sports, or entertainment is preferred.\nAt least one year of people-managementor team-leadershipexperience.\nDemonstrated experience managing budgets of at least $150,000 USD.\nBachelor’s degree or higher in hospitality management, business, marketing, event management, or a relatedfield.\nProficiencyin Microsoft Excel, CRM systems, project management platforms, and other relevant business tools.\nWork Environment and Physical Requirements\nFull-time, in-person position based in Quint’s Charlotte, North Carolina, office.\nAbility to travel domestically and internationally, with travel expected to average approximately 18-25% and potentially reach 50%.\nFlexibility to work evenings/weekends/holidays as required by event schedules.\nAbility to stand and walk for extended periods, including shifts exceeding 12 hours during events.\nAbility to lift/carry items weighing up to 30 pounds.\nMust be legally authorized and eligible to work in the United
