From photorealistic renderings and 3D mock-ups to floor plans and visual decks, your work will be essential in selling ideas to partners, guiding vendors, and ensuring flawless execution of hospitality environments.\nAchieving this will require:\nCollaborating closely with the Hospitality Brand Managerand Director of Global Hospitality to interpret creative direction into tangible 3D visuals.\nCreating high-quality renderings and visual materials that meet internal and partner expectations for clarity, accuracy, and brand alignment.\nManaging a pipeline of visualization projects with varied timelines, complexity, and stakeholders.\nApplying technical expertiseto create renderings that reflect real-world feasibility and fabrication constraints.\nMaintaining an assetlibrary and documentation standards to increase efficiency and consistency.\nPerformance will be evaluated on:\nTimeliness and quality of renderings and design assets.\nAccuracy of representations and ability to visualize concepts clearly.\nAbility to meet partner and internal design expectations.\nCollaboration with creative, operations, and production teams.\nResponsiveness to revisions and turnaround ofupdates.\nConsistency of visuals with brand guidelines and hospitality goals.\nReports to: Global Hospitality Brand Manager\nCore Responsibilities\nHospitality\nRenderings & Visualization\nCreate 3D renderings, floor plans, elevations, and visualizations for hospitality spaces based on creative direction from the Global Brand Managerand Director of Global Hospitality.\nDevelop presentation decks and visual assets used for partner pitches, internal reviews, and vendor hand-offs.\nInterpret mood boards, sketches, and spatial layouts into highly polished digital mock-ups that reflect brand, partner, and experiential goals.\nWork within brand and partner guidelines to ensure creative assets are aligned with expectations.\nCollaborate with Event Operations, Creative Services, and external vendors to ensure technical feasibility and design fidelity.\nMaintain a library of design assets, textures, and templates for efficient re-use and scaling across events.\nSupport multiple concurrent projects while managing deadlines, quality standards, and design approvals.\nEducation and Experience\n4+ years inarchitectural visualization, event rendering, or hospitality/environmental design.\nExpert proficiencyin rendering software (SketchUp, V-Ray, Enscape, 3Ds Max, or similar), Adobe Creative Suite, and AutoCAD.\nAbility to translate abstract ideas into compelling visuals with speed and accuracy.\nStrong understanding of spatial design, lighting, and materials for real-world fabrication.\nDetail-oriented and highly organized with strong communicationskills.\nBachelor’s degree in Architecture, Visualization, Interior Design, or a relatedfield.\nInterpersonal Skills and Traits\nDetail-oriented with an exceptional eye for visual storytelling and spatial representation.\nOrganized and deadline-driven with the ability to multitask across multiple design projects.\nStrong communicator, capable of receiving and implementing feedback effectively.\nCalm and focused under pressure with a passion for creative collaboration.\nSelf-motivated and comfortable working independently as well as part of a larger design team.\nPhysical\nProlonged periodssitting and working on a computer.\nMust be able to lift upto 30 pounds/14 kilograms.\nWork long hours and weekends, as needed.","description_format":"text","description_chars":3599,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":{"level":"bachelor","optional":false},"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":[],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-26T01:34:41Z"}],"liveness":{"score":38,"band":"fade","label":"Fading","p_open":1,"p_active":0.51,"p_room":0.75,"age_days":33,"expected_fill_days":37,"reasons":["conf:15","win:late"],"computed_at":"2026-09-30T05:45:00Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/quint-hospitality-rendering-visualization-designer","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/quint-hospitality-rendering-visualization-designer.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-01T01:33:04Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","usage":{"tier":"crawler","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":964,"day_limit":5000,"remaining_today":4036,"minute_limit":60,"resets_at":"2026-10-02T00:00:00Z"}}}
