You pick a real situation, like disagreeing with your manager or starting a conversation at a party, rehearse it with a realistic scene partner by voice or text, and get honest, line-by-line feedback on what landed. The app is live on the App Store.\nYou will be our first designer. You will own how Quippy looks and feels on the iPhone, work side by side with engineering, and see your designs in people's hands within days.\nWhat you will work on\nDesign new features end to end, from rough flows to finished screens\n\nShape the conversation screen, where people talk with a scene partner by voice or text\n\nMake feedback feel kind and honest at the same time\n\nGrow the Quippy design system, its motion, and its mascot\n\nYou might be a fit if\nYou have shipped app screens that people use every day\n\nYou care about small details: spacing, timing, the words on a button\n\nYou prototype to answer questions instead of debating them\n\nYou can explain why a design works, and change your mind when users show you otherwise\n\nWhy join now\nA founding role with shares in the company\n\nYou work directly with Jonathan, the founder\n\nWhat you build reaches real users within days\n\nA small team in San Francisco, backed by Y Combinator\n\nFull-time.
