The Research Project Manager oversees the full lifecycle of market research projects. This role involves fielding, providing client updates, and ensuring quality. By facilitating effective communication and maintaining project efficiency, the Project Manager enhances our ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, contributing to the organization's success and fostering strong client relationships.\nWhat You'll Do:\nProject Management:Manage the overall flow and execution of projects, ensuring timelines are met and client expectations are exceeded. This includes:\nOwning individual projects from handoff at time of win to invoicing \nLeading client phone calls on process \nManaging multiple projects at a given time \nClient Communication:Keep clients informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle including:\nDaily updates to clients \nAnswering standard client questions \nScheduling and recruiting for follow-up calls \nQuality Assurance:Ensure the quality and accuracy of project deliverables through various activities such as:\nPlacing redirects \nManaging fielding via both internal and external samples \nPerforming quality checks \nReconciling projects and invoicing \nWhat We’re Looking For:\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field \n1-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in market research or a related industry \nStrong organizational and time management abilities \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills \nProblem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances \nTeam collaboration and leadership skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders \nWhat We Offer:\nCompetitive base salary: $76,000-95,000/year \nFlexible vacation policy - take the time you need to recharge \nComprehensive health, vision & dental insurance \n401k with company contribution \nBeautiful downtown Denver or Back Bay office with company-paid commuter benefits (parking or RTD EcoPass/MBTA pass) \nOpportunity for career progression with plenty of room for personal growth \nWhat to Expect:\n1st Round: 30-45 minute interview with the Recruiter\n2nd Round: 45-minute interview with the Hiring Manager \n3rd Round: 2 hours of onsite interviews with the Hiring Team\nPlease note that we are fullyonsitework environment, and require daily presence at our LoDo/Union Station (Denver) or Back Bay (Boston) office.
