Join us to be part of a culture that drives meaningful results.\nAbout the Opportunity:\nWe’re looking for a Senior QA Engineer to build and lead quality engineering for our software products. You’ll own quality across the software delivery lifecycle, with plans to grow the function by adding a junior QA engineer you’ll help mentor and develop.\nThis is a hands-on role for someone experienced in both manual and automated testing who wants to shape how a team tests, not just execute test cases. We’re in the process of modernizing our test automation and development tooling, and you’ll play a key part in that evolution. You’ll help our engineers ship faster by improving how we test our products and building quality into every stage of development.\nWhat You'll Do:\nOwn quality across the full software delivery lifecycle, from requirements review through release\nDesign and implement comprehensive test strategies for new features, enhancements, and existing applications\nDesign, develop, and maintain automated test suites using TestNG, and update existing automated tests as the application evolves\nCreate and execute manual and automated test plans, test cases, and regression suites\nPerform functional, regression, integration, and API testing\nCollaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to define acceptance criteria and testability requirements\nIdentify, document, and track defects through resolution, working with the development team to find root causes\nIntegrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and faster releases\nMentor junior QA engineers and provide guidance on testing techniques and tools\nEstablish and promote QA best practices, standards, and processes across the team\nWhat You Bring:\n5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including at least 3 years focused on test automation\nStrong hands-on experience designing and maintaining automated test suites with TestNG\nProficiency in Java or a similar object-oriented programming language\nExperience with UI automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver\nSolid experience with API testing using tools such as Postman or REST Assured\nProven ability to write clear, thorough test plans, test cases, and regression suites\nExperience working in a Microsoft-centric environment (e.g., .NET applications, Azure DevOps, SQL Server)\nWorking knowledge of SQL for data validation and backend testing\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems such as Git\nFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams\nExperience mentoring or leading other QA engineers\nWhat We Offer:\nCompetitive base salary: $125,000-$150,000/year\nFlexible vacation policy - take the time you need to recharge \nComprehensive health, vision & dental insurance \n401k with company contribution \nBeautiful downtown Denver office with company-paid commuter benefits (parking or RTD EcoPass) \nOpportunity for career progression with plenty of room for personal growth \nWhat to Expect:\n1st Round: 30-45 minute interview with the Recruiter\n2nd Round: 45-minute interview with the Hiring Manager \n3rd Round: Pre-Interview Assessment and 2 hours of onsite interviews with the Hiring Team\nPlease note that we are fullyonsitework environment, and require daily presence at our LoDo/Union Station (Denver) or Southpoint/Butler & 95 (Jacksonville) office.
