You'll be part of project teams that help organizations organize, integrate, and make better use of their data.\nThis is a hands-on consulting role focused on project delivery. One engagement might involve building data pipelines in Azure Databricks, while the next could focus on implementing Microsoft Fabric, supporting reporting initiatives, or helping a client modernize its data environment. You'll work alongside architects, consultants, developers, and client stakeholders to deliver practical solutions that support real business needs.\nWe're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning new technologies, and working collaboratively with both teammates and clients.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign and build data and analytics solutions using Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Fabric.\nDevelop data pipelines and integration processes using Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Synapse Analytics, Fabric, and related technologies.\nWrite and maintain SQL, Python, and PySpark code to support analytics, reporting, and business applications.\nWork with project teams and clients to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.\nContribute to solution design, testing, deployments, and troubleshooting throughout the project lifecycle.\nUse Azure DevOps and Infrastructure-as-Code tools to support consistent deployments and environment management.\nShare knowledge with teammates and stay current on Microsoft's data platform.\nWhat We're Looking For\n3-8+ years’ experience building data and analytics solutions using Microsoft Azure.\nHands-on experience with Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Microsoft Fabric, or similar technologies.\nStrong SQL skills and experience with Python or PySpark.\nUnderstanding of data integration, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehousing concepts.\nExperience with source control, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps.\nFamiliarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Bicep or Terraform.\nStrong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.\nConsulting, professional services, or client-facing project experience is a plus.\nWhy Quisitive\nAt Quisitive, you'll work on a variety of projects across industries while building your expertise in Microsoft's data platform.
