Working with customers, project teams, and technical consultants, this person develops secure architectures, implements Microsoft security technologies, and aligns solutions with business and compliance requirements.\nThe role spans identity, endpoint, cloud, data protection, governance, and AI security, helping organizations reduce risk and maximize the value of their Microsoft investments.\nWhat You'll Do\nAs a Security Architect, you will help customers design and implement secure Microsoft environments that protect identities, devices, applications, data, and AI-powered solutions. You'll combine strategic architecture with hands-on delivery to turn security requirements into practical solutions that deliver measurable business value.\nLead security architecture, design, and implementation activities for customer projects.\nTranslate business and security requirements into scalable, secure solutions.\nDesign and deliver solutions using Microsoft Defender XDR, Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Purview, Conditional Access, MFA, and PIM.\nConduct security assessments, architecture reviews, and gap analyses.\nCreate security strategies, architecture diagrams, technical designs, and implementation plans.\nApply Zero Trust principles across identity, data, cloud, and endpoint security.\nCollaborate with project teams and customer stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.\nProvide guidance on compliance, Microsoft Copilot, and AI security and governance.\nMentor consultants and contribute to security standards and reusable delivery assets.\nRequired experience\n8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, or security architecture.\nStrong experience designing and implementing Microsoft security solutions.\nHands-on expertise with Microsoft Defender XDR, Sentinel, Entra ID, and Purview.\nDeep understanding of Zero Trust, identity security, data protection, and cloud security.\nExperience translating security and compliance requirements into technical solutions.\nKnowledge of frameworks such as NIST, CIS, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, or ISO 27001.\nExperience developing architecture documentation, implementation plans, and technical designs.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Copilot, AI governance, and emerging AI security considerations.\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.\nStrong consulting, communication, and customer-facing skills\nOccasional travel, up to 1-2 times per year.\nDesired experience\nMicrosoft certifications such as SC-100, AZ-500, SC-300, or SC-400.\nCISSP, CISM, CCSP, Security+, or similar certifications.\nExperience leading Microsoft security modernization or Zero Trust initiatives.\nExperience with Defender for Cloud, Defender for Endpoint, Identity Governance, DLP, and Information Protection.\nExperience securing Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled workloads.\nUS Citizens and Green Card holders authorized to work in the US are encouraged to apply.
