You will work closely with customer stakeholders, delivery teams, and leadership to ensure projects are executed efficiently, risks are proactively managed, and business objectives are achieved. This role is well-suited for a consulting-minded professional who can build trusted relationships, navigate complex environments, and deliver results while balancing customer expectations, timelines, budgets, and scope.\nResponsibilities\nLead projects through the full delivery lifecycle using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies based on customer and project requirements.\nDevelop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and release objectives to ensure successful delivery.\nPartner with customers and stakeholders to align priorities, manage scope, and address evolving business needs.\nFacilitate clear, consistent communication across project teams, stakeholders, and leadership.\nIdentify, manage, and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies while driving timely resolution.\nMaintain project documentation including schedules, RAID logs, status reports, resource plans, decision logs, and delivery artifacts.\nLead cross-functional teams by fostering collaboration, accountability, and a focus on outcomes.\nBuild strong relationships with customers, sponsors, and internal stakeholders to support long-term success.\nManage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously while coordinating cross-project dependencies and resources.\nSupport continuous improvement efforts that enhance project delivery quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.\nFacilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives when applicable.\nMonitor project financials, resource utilization, and overall delivery performance.\nQualifications\n4-6+ years of client-facing project management experience delivering enterprise technology projects.\nProven experience leading projects through the full project lifecycle using Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery approaches.\nConsulting experience with the ability to align project execution to business objectives and customer priorities.\nExperience managing projects involving Microsoft technologies, including AI, Azure, infrastructure, data, application development, or cloud solutions.\nDemonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and driving accountability across technical and business stakeholders.\nExperience managing project budgets, schedules, resources, risks, and customer expectations.\nStrong facilitation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to effectively lead distributed teams in a remote and hybrid work environment.\nCustomer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.\nStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.\nProficiency with Microsoft 365, including Teams, Copilot, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.\nExperience using Microsoft Project, Planner, Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or similar project and work management tools.\nExperience managing Agile backlogs, user stories, sprint planning, team capacity, velocity, and delivery tracking.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience managing Microsoft cloud implementation, modernization, or migration projects.\nProfessional certifications such as PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe, Prosci, or similar credentials.\nExperience working within a consulting, professional services, or technology services organization.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and customer engagements simultaneously.\nAt Quisitive, we are looking for professionals who combine strong project leadership with a collaborative, customer-first approach.
