You'll own frontend architecture and guide a team of developers. You'll work closely with the Backend team to make sure integrations are well designed and delivered independently.\n\nWhat you'll do\nOwn frontend architecture, standards and technical decisions for our Next.js applications.\nBuild scalable, performant and accessible web features.\nWork with the Backend team on API design, data flows and system requirements.\nLead code reviews, mentor the frontend team, and assign and guide technical work with the TPM.\nDrive improvements in performance, SEO, Core Web Vitals and developer experience.\nWork with Design to turn designs into polished, responsive interfaces.\nTake part in the senior on-call rotation, including international paging.\n\nWhat we're looking for\n6+ years of frontend development, with 3+ years of hands-on Next.js work.\nExpert knowledge of React, TypeScript and modern Next.js (App Router, server components, SSR/SSG/ISR).\nStrong grasp of frontend architecture, state management, caching and performance optimisation.\nSolid experience integrating REST/GraphQL APIs and handling authentication.\nExperience leading or mentoring frontend developers.\nExcellent communication skills. You should be able to work through API contracts and requirements clearly with backend and mobile teams.\nExperience working with AI tools for development, and a willingness to integrate AI into the SDLC\n\nNote: Full-stack experience is a strong plus but not mandatory.
