The company relies on the CNRS Neel Institute and CEA-Leti and benefits from the dynamic of strong links between research and industry.\nWe are looking for a AnalogRF & IC Design.\nAs Analog RF & IC Design, you will be responsible for developing the architecture, design, and implementation of high-frequency circuits.\nTechnical Challenges\nYou will design the RF Block (High Frequency Block: LNA, PA, Mixers and VCO/PLL\nYou will design matching networks (Impedance matching)\nYou will use Electromagnetic Simulation (2.5d/3DEM simulators) to model the effects of inductors, capacitors, and interconnects at high frequencies.\nYou will supervise or perform the layout to manage parasitic capacitance, inductance, and substrate coupling.\nYou will manage the Signal Integrity to preserve qubit coherence\nYou will design the RF Circuit, active and passive components\nCollaboration\nCollaborate with talented people in a culture of transparency and autonomy.\nAs part of the product team, you’ll work closely with the entire R&D team\nYou Are Special Because\nYou hold Master’s degree or PhD (highly preferred) in RF/Microwave Engineering or Electromagnetics.\nYou have significant experience in high-frequency RF design\nYou ‘re proficient in the following tools: Keysight ADS or Cadence SpectreRF, EM Solvers (HFSS, Momentum, EMX).\nYou have a Analytical mindset, scientific rigor and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team (interacting with physicists, software engineers, and material scientists).\nIf you miss some skills, just think of applying anyway.
