The company relies on theCNRS Neel Institute and CEA-Leti and benefits from the dynamic of strong links between research and industry.\nTechnical Challenges\nAs a vital member of the Quantum Measurement Team at Quobly, you will work on enabling high-fidelity quantum operations on our Quantum Processing Units (QPU) based on semiconductor spin qubits made using industrial FD-SOI technology.\nCollaboration\nYou will work collaboratively with other teams to:\nBuild and perform calibration sequences to bring the quantum device to its operating point.\nDesign and implement optimal control sequences to enable quantum operations.\nCharacterize and benchmark the quantum processes to enable high fidelity operations on the QPU.\nWe place a high emphasis on fostering creativity, encouraging diverse perspectives, promoting collaborative efforts, and embracing both agile problem-solving and dependable, consistent performance. Being an early-stage team, you will have the unique opportunity to shape our roadmap and contribute significantly to our endeavors.\nYou Are Special Because\nPhD in Physics, Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent industry experience.\nGood understanding of semiconductor spin qubits.\nExperience in developing software (python) to interface with hardware and for data analysis.\nGood verbal and written communication skills.\nNice to have\nExperience in coherent control, characterization, and benchmarking of spins in solid state systems or other qubit systems.\nExperience with collaborative software development (version control, code review, etc.) and knowledge of good practices.\nFamiliarity with the use of RF electronics (AWG, MW signal generators, IQ mixers) and measurement techniques.\nUnderstanding of CMOS devices, particularly the physics at low temperatures.\nExperience with cryogenic systems, in particular dilution refrigerators.\nIf you feel you may lack some of the skills listed, we encourage you to apply nonetheless.
