Role Overview :

Key Responsibilities :
- Architect and execute comprehensive quality assurance strategies that align with the bank's digital transformation goals to ensure seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
- Lead and mentor large, cross-functional QA teams, fostering technical excellence and professional growth to maintain high-performance standards within the engineering department.
- Drive the adoption of advanced automation frameworks and CI/CD integration to reduce time-to-market while maintaining the rigorous security and compliance standards required in the financial sector.
- Partner with business stakeholders and product managers to translate complex requirements into robust test scenarios, ensuring that every release meets the highest quality benchmarks for our customers.
- Oversee the end-to-end testing lifecycle for critical banking applications, proactively identifying systemic risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure 99.9% system availability.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale quality engineering operations within the BFSI domain, with a proven ability to handle complex, multi-layered software architectures.
- Exceptional leadership capabilities, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams and navigating organizational change in a collaborative, hybrid work environment in Bangalore.
- Strong proficiency in modern testing methodologies, including TDD, BDD, and performance engineering, coupled with a deep understanding of cloud-native infrastructure and security protocols.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate technical quality metrics to non-technical leadership to influence strategic decision-making.
- A Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a premier institute, reflecting a strong foundation in software engineering principles.
