- 6+ years of experience in backend engineering with strong expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and system design.
- Hands-on experience building production AI applications using LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, LangGraph/LangChain, MCP, or vector databases.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Go.
- Experience building scalable backend services, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures.
- Strong understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka/Redis, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience deploying, monitoring, and optimizing production systems with a focus on scalability and performance.
Preferred:
- Experience with LLM evaluation, inference optimization, embeddings, semantic search, or fine-tuning.
- Prior experience building AI platforms, intelligent agents, or enterprise AI solutions.
- A bachelor's/master's degree from Tier-1 institutes (IITs, IIITs, NITs, BITS) is preferred.
