If you want complex datasets, are enthusiastic about being part of a growing team and clinical data that genuinely informs trial outcomes, we'd love to meet you.\nAbout the role\nWe are looking for a Clinical Data Manager to deliver compliant clinical data and image management activities for commercial (clinical study) projects. Bringing experience of clinical data management from clinical trials or imaging CROs, you will be responsible for image quality control, data and image transfers, user acceptance testing and for supporting continuous improvement as we develop our in-house clinical data management tooling and processes.\nA positive, can-do attitude, and an understanding of clinical study data quality and regulatory standards is essential.\nYou will be responsible for working with...\nPerform image (DICOM file) quality control activities (de-identification, visual screening etc.) in line with work instructions and best practice. \nRaise data queries and support external and internal staff in their resolution.\nConduct data reconciliation activities and deliver image and data transfer packages to Sponsor and archival. \nSupport project/study managers in developing and agreeing data and image transfer specifications (agreements) with Sponsor, providing technical input where required.\nConduct user acceptance testing on project specific configurations of the Qureight Imaging Platform.\nBe part of continuous improvement, suggesting and delivering revisions to work instructions and SOPs to develop best working practices in clinical data management relevant to Qureight.\nWork with data engineers to support them in developing new and improved methods and tools for managing clinical and image data at Qureight.\nDeliver activities on time and to a high standard across the board.\nConduct work in line with Qureight SOPs and in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and all relevant regulations, including ISO27001 standards and data privacy regulations. \nBuild strong relationships with all stakeholders (with sponsors, with customers and within Qureight) maintaining transparent and consistent communication throughout. \nRequirements\nWhat we need:\nMinimum of two years of clinical data management experience, ideally in an imaging Clinical Research Organisation or Core Imaging Lab. \nExperience working with technical teams and interacting via tools such as Jira.\nComfortable working with data via command line tools and scripts.\nDemonstrated experience with clinical imaging related data (such as CT or MRI in DICOM formats) and/or other clinical variables.\nKnowledge of PACS/VNA/AWS S3 Data Storage.\nDemonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain key stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally. \nKnowledge of ICH Good Clinical Practice (GCP) with evidence of recent training.\nTrack record of demonstrating a good attention to detail. \nEvidence of a can-do attitude with a tenacity and drive to achieve objectives. \nEven better if you have...\nExperience with tools for inspecting and modifying metadata in DICOM imaging files.\nExperience working within a Quality Management System (QMS) e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485. \nKnowledge of relevant regulatory, compliance and industry standards, e.g. 21 CFR Part 11, and ISO2700. \nA relevant technical degree.\nExperience working in a lean, fast-paced environment.\nBenefits\nWhat you can expect from us...\nA comprehensive benefits package that includes an annual bonus plan, private medical insurance, life insurance, and a contributory pension scheme\n25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays and enhanced maternity leav\nA diverse work environment that brings together experts in many fields, including software engineering, devops, data science, machine learning, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and clinical operations.\nHow to apply\nPlease upload a CV and covering letter by clicking 'Apply Now'.
