Job Description:
We are looking for a professional, customer-focused, and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers, responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information about company products, services, and policies. This is a remote position, so the ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, be proficient in time management, and be able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information about company products, services, and policies
Resolve customer concerns and complaints with empathy and patience
Update customer accounts and records with relevant information
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures
Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
2+ years of experience in a customer service role
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proficient in time management and able to work independently
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations with ease
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Previous experience in the software and IT services or telecommunications industry is a plus
