What We’re Looking For
1-5 years of inside sales, account executive, business development, or closing experience in SaaS, AI, HRTech, recruitment, or tech sales
Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding revenue targets in high-growth or go-to-market environments
Strong understanding of the Indian market, including experience selling to businesses, HR teams, or decision-makers across India
Excellent communication skills across calls, video meetings, and written conversations
Experience using CRM and remote sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoom, or similar platforms
Strong understanding of outbound sales, pipeline management, and GTM execution strategies
Previous experience selling into the Indian market or working with Indian clients is highly preferred
Previous experience in recruitment, HRTech, AI products, or B2B SaaS is a strong plus
What You’ll Do
Own the full sales cycle from discovery call to signed contract, driving revenue growth across the India market through inbound and qualified opportunities
Execute go-to-market strategies to expand Qureos’ presence across India’s enterprise, SMB, and recruitment sectors
Run high-quality discovery calls, product demos, negotiations, and commercial conversations with HR leaders and decision-makers
Work closely with SDRs, marketing, customer success, and leadership to improve conversion and buyer experience
