In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing web interfaces that align with user needs and business goals.\nYou will lead the end-to-end design process - from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI design and developer handoff - and ensure that user experience is at the core of every product decision. Working closely with frontend/backend engineers, product managers, and stakeholders, you will shape the look, feel, and usability of our digital platforms.\nThis is an exciting opportunity to own the UX vision of impactful, real-world software platforms used in energy, infrastructure, and emerging technologies.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n - User Experience Design\nConduct user research, interviews, and usability studies to understand user needs and pain points.\nTranslate findings into user journeys, personas, information architecture, and UX flows.\nDesign wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that solve real user problems.\n- User Interface Design\nCreate high-fidelity UI designs based on approved wireframes and brand guidelines.\nDesign responsive interfaces that work across devices and screen sizes.\nDevelop and maintain a scalable design system or UI component library.\nEnsure pixel-perfect execution and a consistent visual language across the platform.\n- Collaboration & Handoff\nWork closely with frontend developers (React.js) to ensure accurate implementation of designs.\nProvide design specifications, assets, and detailed interaction notes.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives to stay aligned with developers.\n- Feedback & Iteration\nGather and analyze feedback from users, stakeholders, and QA to continuously improve UX.\nConduct A/B testing or usability tests to validate hypotheses and inform design decisions.\nIterate on designs based on real-world usage data and performance analytics.\n\nJob Requirements\nRequired Qualifications\nExperience\n4+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web applications or SaaS platforms.\nStrong portfolio demonstrating UX problem solving, clean UI design, and responsive layouts.\nExperience working in Agile, cross-functional development teams.\nDesign Skills\nProficiency in design tools such as Figma, Visily, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.\nStrong understanding of UX principles, accessibility (WCAG), and human-centered design.\nSolid experience designing for responsive, interactive web applications.\nCollaboration & Communication\nStrong communication and presentation skills -
