Our platform, QuTwo OS, orchestrates workloads across classical systems, AI accelerators, and emerging quantum hardware - giving enterprises high-performance AI on infrastructure they control.\nWe are looking for Senior Infrastructure Architect who is a hands-on builder to design, deploy, and run the GPU infrastructure behind our AI platform - someone who has actually racked the servers, cabled the fabric, brought the cluster online, and locked it down\nWhat you will do\nPlan and execute GPU data center build-outs end to end: rack and power design, high-density cooling, cabling, and physical deployment of GPU servers and networking.\n\nDesign and stand up high-performance compute fabrics (InfiniBand / RoCE), storage, and out-of-band management for large GPU clusters.\n\nOwn capacity, power, and cooling planning together with colocation partners and site operators.\n\nBuild the software layer that makes the metal usable: provisioning, firmware and driver lifecycle, monitoring, and cluster scheduling.\n\nBake security in from day one: physical access controls, network segmentation, hardened baselines, key and secrets management, tamper-evident logging.\n\nEnsure our infrastructure meets the security and compliance requirements our customers demand - including EU data residency and sovereignty expectations, ISO 27001-aligned controls, and customer security audits.\n\nProvide operational support and troubleshooting.\n\nWhat we are looking for\nProven, hands-on experience setting up GPU or HPC data center environments - you have physically built and commissioned clusters, not just operated them.\n\nStrong grasp of data center fundamentals: power distribution, UPS, cooling (air and liquid), rack density, and site selection trade-offs.\n\nSolid networking skills, including high-speed interconnects (InfiniBand andEthernet) and secure network design.\n\nReal understanding of security requirements for critical infrastructure: physical security, access management, supply-chain integrity, and frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, or Finland’s Katakri criteria.\n\nComfort with Linux and automation - you automate what you would otherwise repeat.\n\nA doer’s temperament: you take ambiguous goals, break them into concrete steps, and deliver without waiting to be told twice.\n\nFluent English; Finnish is a plus.
