You also excel at dealing with the complexities associated with large enterprise customers.\nWhat You'll Do\nCollaborate with sales and product teams to understand customer requirements and design tailored satellite communication solutions.\nConduct site surveys and feasibility studies to determine the best solutions for new customers\nOversee the installation, configuration, and testing of Quvia systems across different business verticals.\nTroubleshoot complex issues during the POC phase and work with customer, QA and Engineering teams to deploy fixes as needed.\nDevelop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all solutions and services provided.\nAct as a technical advisor to customers, offering guidance on best practices and optimal usage of terrestrial and satellite communication systems.\nConduct training sessions and workshops for customers and internal teams on the operation and maintenance of Quvia products and their value proposition.\nStay updated on the latest advancements in Quvia systems.\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, systems, engineering, QA, and service delivery, to ensure successful project execution.\nWhat You’ll Need\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.\nAt least 3 to 5 years of experience in satellite and terrestrial communications, with a focus on multi-link architecture.\nAt least 3 to 5 years of previous experience with networking concepts and RF engineering.\nProven knowledge and understanding of managing virtual infrastructure using VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, or KVM.\nExperience with Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW) and SD-WAN platforms such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco (Meraki/Viptela), or similar enterprise solutions.\nSatellite communication (SATCOM) systems knowledge and experience is a plus.\nA thorough understanding of computer hardware, and operating systems.\nExperience with automating workflows to support demos and any other ad-hoc activity during POCs.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.\nProject management experience and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.\nWhat We'll Offer\nConnectivity and content engineering and business knowledge\nOpportunity to work in cross-functional teams\nCompetitive Salary\n401(k) with 100% match up to 4.0% after one year of service\nCompetitive health benefits, including optical and dental\nLife Insurance\nPerformance Bonus\nFlexible paid time off policy\nMonthly Phone Allowance\nQuvia will never ask to interview job applicants via text message or ask for personal banking information as part of the interview process.
