schedules and test plans, prepare documentation based on analyst reports, and assemble documents presenting project guidelines and milestones to team members.\n\nIdentifypotential issues between systems and client specifications and proposenew solutionsto work around these limitations.\n\nDeterminea project’s scope before developers begin any major work.\n\nIdentifyareas where implementation may require more solutions to be successful.\n\nCommunicate directly with enterprise architects, developers, and clients.\n\nDirects and oversees the activities of a team of developers, answering questions or helping to resolve issues as they arise.\n\nMonitortimelines and progress to ensure that team members are adhering to these specifications.\n\nFrom theinitialconversations todetermineproject scope and specifications to the final presentation of software solutions, you need to meet directly with clients to provide feedback and updates on development projects.\n\nMay prepare reports and presentations, as well as demonstrations, to keep the client informed about issues that arise during development and report on integration and deployment.\n\nWork with outside vendors to develop and implement specific aspects of the software solution.\n\nSkill sets/Experience werequire:\nPossessa high levelof technical literacy, which helps themdeterminehow a software solution fits into an organization’s current structure andassistsin the development of specifications and requirements\n\nRequiresa high levelof analysis since solution architects need to examine a client’s current systems anddetermineoverall project needs and scope\n\nExtensive time management skills todeterminedevelopment schedules and milestones and ensure that deliverables are completed on time\n\nExperience with team leadership and motivation is essential\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\n\nNeed to be excellent problem-solvers, able to quickly change direction based
