Your work ensures platforms can focus on innovation whileInframaintains operational excellence.\nTechnical Expertise\nThe ideal candidate will have recent, hands-on experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform, and a working knowledge of container orchestration technologies like Kubernetes, Amazon EKS, Tanzu Kubernetes, and Docker. Familiarity with infrastructure as code using Terraform, CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, and essential DevOps tools such as Git and Artifactory is important. Exposure to monitoring solutions (Nagios,Thruk,prometheus), databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL), and collaboration tools (Atlassian stack including Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket) is valued. While notrequired, any experience with private cloud or on-premises technologies-such as VMware, basic virtualization, server and storage infrastructure, or Linux-based virtual servers-will be considered an advantage.\nKey Responsibilities\nImplement andmaintainAWS account security boundaries and governance policies.\n\nWrite,modify, andmaintainTerraform resource definitions and manage state files.\n\nTroubleshoot hybrid networking scenarios, including Site-to-Site VPNs and Direct Connect integrations.\n\nConfigure core VPC components (subnets, route tables, security groups) to support application availability.\n\nExecute day-to-day infrastructure operations with a focus on stability, root cause analysis, and lasting fixes.\n\nSupport andmaintainAmazon EKS clusters, including node management and troubleshooting pod connectivity.\n\nWrite andmodifyscripts in Bash or Python to automate operational tasks and system maintenance.\n\nAdditional Skills & Beneficial Experience\nFamiliarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and console navigation.\n\nExposure to on-premises virtualisation technologies such as vSphere/vCenter or Red Hat OpenShift.\n\nPrior experience working with bare metal environments is considered a bonus.\n\nProfessional Attributes\nStrong security awareness and willingness to learn compliance practices.\n\nReliable anddetail-oriented.\n\nAbility to adapt and perform in a fast-paced environment.\n\nCollaborative and proactive in problem-solving.\n\nInterest in improving personal efficiency and workflows.\n\nGeneral technical curiosity and capability to find necessary information independently.\n\nPersonal interest in engineering projects or home labs is considered an advantage.\n\nCareer Development\nProgression is achievable through demonstrated capability and consistent delivery of results over time.
