The engineer ensures high availability, data protection, performance, and operational efficiency, drives root cause analysis, and collaborates with vendors and internal teams to maintain resilient, scalable production environments.\nKey Responsibilities :\nImplement, and maintain enterprise-grade systems infrastructure\nDesign secure, highly available, and scalable storage architectures\nProvide L2/L3 operational support, configure, monitor, and optimize 3PAR/Primera systems (SSMC, CLI)\nExecute upgrades of storage arrays and service processors\nImplement asynchronous and synchronous replication\nFine-tune storage systems and subsystems; analyze performance data\nAdminister NAS services and NFS file systems\nLead end-to-end backup and restore activities\nManage snapshots, RMC workflows, and disaster recovery processes\nSAN concepts: FC zoning, host presentation, multipathing (MPIO)\nAnalyze storage performance and capacity trends\nCollaborate with VMware, Windows, Linux teams for integrationandtroubleshooting.\nAutomation using Ansible and shell scripting\nPatch management and vulnerability remediation\nMaintain SOPs, documentation, and best practices\nEnsure ITIL-aligned operations and adherence to security/compliance standards\nLead incident resolution, problem management, and post-incident analysis\nWork closely with support vendors onsite for interventions, coordinate and escalate vendor requests\nTechnical Skills :\nStorage: HPE 3PAR, HPE Primera, HPE RMC;
