HR Coordinator / HR Admin (Part time 20h - Fixed term)

• The HR Coordinator supports QVC Italy and helps deliver local People services by ensuring accurate, timely and compliant HR processes, while also supporting the local implementation of People programmes and initiatives.

Where You'll Work

• This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at Brugherio (MB) several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company).

• This is a part-time role - 20 hours per week - 12 month fixed term contract.

What You'll Do

Reporting to the Sr Team Member Services Manager you will:

• Deliver and support assigned Italian employee lifecycle and workforce administration processes, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant delivery.

• Handle complex cases and high-touch HR activities requiring local expertise, and support resolution of escalated queries that cannot be resolved through self-service or Tier 1 channels.

• Maintain and update local Standard Operating Procedures, People documentation and templates, including employment contracts, letters and FAQs, while supporting knowledge sharing with Shared Services teams.

• Assist in implementing local versions of global, QI and market programmes and policies, partnering with the local People Team on initiatives such as benefit launches, compliance updates, audits and reorganisations.

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Administration, Employee Services or a related field.

• Fluent Italian (minimum C1) and good English proficiency (minimum B2).

• Strong attention to detail, customer focus, problem-solving ability and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience using Microsoft Office applications and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.

• Experience with HR systems such as Workday and case management systems such as ServiceNow would be an advantage.
