You will lead, proactively drive, and deliver on assigned compensation processes (e.g., compensation planning, job evaluation, Gender Pay Gap, etc.) as well as benefits processes, including all necessary aspects of the process.\nWhere You’ll Work\nThis role is hybrid and will require you to be on-site at our Kraków Office between 3-5 times per month.\nOnsite days are predetermined and standard across the company.\nWhat You’ll Do\nWork as part of the international Total Reward team, being responsible for the administration, design, and implementation of Total Rewards (TR) programs for GBS Poland, as well as the design and coordination of compensation processes in Poland. Additionally, provide Compensation & Benefits support for global functions (including HR, Legal, Finance, etc.).\nProvide day-to-day Compensation & Benefits support to internal clients, including conducting job evaluations, job pricing and recommendations, and sharing insights impacting Compensation & Benefits in relation to organizational structural changes.\nLead global Compensation & Benefits projects within QVC International (QI) and ensure their implementation in the Polish market.\nDevelop new concepts and create business cases for Senior Management to align with market practices.\nDesign and create materials to sustain and embed QI Compensation & Benefits programs, enabling Compensation & Benefits partners to share them within markets effectively.\nDesign and maintain a QI Compensation & Benefits dashboard, including analyses and reports on the uptake and usage of relevant programs and policies.\nCreate formats and communication for tracking spend versus budget related to non-merit processes within QI.\nWork closely with the Finance department and act as a key point of reference for all Compensation & Benefits-related topics.\nEnsure a strong focus on well-being is embedded in the benefits offered in the market.\nDevelop and implement market-specific benefits as needed.\nProactively manage and maintain relationships with relevant vendors.\nRecommend annual merit increase plans and salary structure movements.\nLead the annual compensation process in the market, including the administration of salary increases, bonuses, and long-term incentives.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nTo be successful in this role you should be the subject matter expert for all Total Rewards topics.\nIdeally, we would like you to have the following skills and experience:\nProven Compensation & Benefits experience, preferably in retail or media industries.\nExperience working in a complex matrix environment, acting as a standalone expert in the Polish market, and partnering with all levels of stakeholders, including the executive level.\nExperience in supporting the review and design of Compensation & Benefits programs, including external analysis, creating business cases, and stakeholder management.\nKnowledge of Willis Towers Watson and Mercer job evaluation methodology would be beneficial.\nExperience leading key compensation processes, including:Annual compensation review cycle\nAnnual salary survey submission\nGender Pay Gap reporting.\nBonus and LTI administration\n\nExperience leading key benefits processes, including benefits implementation, negotiating annual reviews, and closedowns (including internal stakeholder management)\nGood understanding of Poland's regulatory and compliance-related topics (e.g., PL tax legislation, GDPR, etc.) \nExperience in budget management and cost calculation.\nExperience working with an HRIS, knowledge of Workday and PayFactors would be an asset.\nExcellent oral and written communication skills in English, with the ability to translate technical content into accessible communication for the team member.\nExcellent PC skills are required along with advanced working knowledge of Excel (incl. pivot tables, databases, formulas), PowerPoint, and Word\nExcellent communication, exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to deal with stakeholders up to C-level executives.\nHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail, strong math and analytical skills and be an effective problem-solver. \nWhat we offer\nHybrid work model combining office & remote work\nPrivate medical care \nLife Insurance \nAccess to MyBenefit platform (Multisport included) \nEye-care reimbursement\nCompany performance-related bonus \nReferral program with a financial bonus \n1 day extra of annual leave for company-driven initiatives\nMental health support line for you and your relatives \nAttractively located office with free parking space for employees \nWhistleblower Protection Act\nPosiadamy procedurę zgłoszeń wewnętrznych, która umożliwia dokonywanie zgłoszeń o naruszeniu prawa w ramach zakresu wskazanego w ustawie o ochronie sygnalistów.
