If you understand the importance of a people first culture, aren’t afraid to be the go-to person and want a role where you can genuinely make your mark, this is it.\nWhat We're Looking For\nSomeone who genuinely gets the importance of a people-first culture.\nA service driven individual.\nIdeally some experience organising and running events - this is a big part of the role.\nA little HR experience or relevant work experience (up to around 2 years).\nWorking towards, in the early stages of, or simply interested in the CIPD - no HR qualification necessary. You'll be fully trained on the HR side of the role.\nAn HR degree is a nice-to-have, but by no means essential.\nMost of all: a warm, organised self-starter who's ready to take ownership and grow in a fast-moving, high-performing environment.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn the full employee lifecycle - manage our HRIS System (HiBob) and our full employee lifecycle. This includes the day-to-day people administration and analytics across all locations. You'll be fully trained and supported across all HR areas as you grow into them.\nOwn our Employee Value Proposition - take full ownership of EVP execution across the group, from events to benefits to market benchmarking of our benefits, making sure what we offer stays competitive and compelling.\nOwn engagement, culture and internal communications - you'll drive these and own all internal culture-related communications across the group.\nOwn our internal events - plan, organise and run the events and core group moments that connect every office.
