In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial records through preparation of journal entries, reconciliations, account analysis, and month-end close activities. This role supports compliance with accounting standards and timely financial reporting.\nWhat you will do:\nPrepare and record daily and monthly cash journal entries.\nReconcile multiple cash and clearing accounts in a multi-entity environment daily, weekly and monthly.\nPrepare and post month-end, quarter-end, and year-end journal entries for low to moderate risk accounts.\nMaintain low to moderate risk balance sheet reconciliations for multiple entities within a region.\nMaintain monthly schedules and perform quarterly asset reviews with the field.\nPrepare monthly, quarterly and annual fixed asset roll-forwards\nPerform financial analysis and P&L flux reviews on key accounts.\nSupport audits and compliance requirements.\nAd hoc as assigned.\nWhat you will bring:\nBachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required.\n2-5 years of accounting experience preferred.\nStrong understanding of accounting theory/GAAP and ability to perform research as necessary.\nMust be detail oriented, and technically minded.\nAbility to meet strict deadlines and prioritize tasks.\nStrong research and reconciliation skills required.\nRelevant industry experience considered a plus: Manufacturing/Distribution/Construction.\nTeam player\nSelf-motivated\nStrong ability to problem solve.\nDedicated and committed individual.\nWork requires professional written and verbal communication as well as great interpersonal skills.\nCustomer focused (i.e., generating accurate and timely results and effectively and timely communicating to customers, colleagues, and management).\nDesire to lead new process creation and implementation.\nWhat you will earn:\n401(k) with employer match \nMedical, dental, and vision insurance \nPTO, company holidays, and parental leave \nPaid training and certifications \nLegal assistance and identity protection \nPet insurance \nEmployee assistance program (EAP) \nQXO is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
