For more information, visit QXO.com.\nWhat you will do:\nThe CDL Driver (Class A or B) is responsible for the safe, timely, and professional transportation of building materials, construction products, and equipment to customer locations and job sites. This role combines commercial driving responsibilities with hands-on support in loading, unloading, securing, and verifying materials while ensuring compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations and company safety standards. Depending on the business unit, deliveries may include oversized, specialized, or engineered building components. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, customer-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment.\nPerform touch-freight tasks, which may require lifting, moving, or carrying products weighing over 75 lbs \nPre-inspect the truck, load materials, and verify the accuracy of the load \nNotify branch management of any potential hazards on site \nSet up job parameters and inspect the site to ensure a safe environment for loading and unloading \nMaintain regular communication with the dispatcher to ensure timely delivery of products \nFollow all DOT and company safety procedures, and always wear appropriate PPE \nWhat you will bring:\nMust be 21 years of age or older \nValid Class A or B CDL license in good standing \nAt least 12 months of verifiable commercial driving experience \nExperience operating heavy equipment and driving a manual transmission truck \nWillingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions \nAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a team \nWhat you will earn:\n401(k) with employer match \nMedical, dental, and vision insurance \nPTO, company holidays, and parental leave \nPaid training and certifications \nLegal assistance and identity protection \nPet insurance \nEmployee assistance program (EAP) \nBenefits for union-represented roles are determined by the applicable collective bargaining agreement and may differ from standard company benefits.\nQXO is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
