For more information, visit QXO.com.\nWhat you will do:\nServe as the technical owner for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Oracle Cloud Transportation Management (OTM) and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) across enterprise supply chain and operational systems.\nDrive end-to-end solution delivery including architecture, design, development, deployment, and ongoing support.\nPartner with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Accounting and IT to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.\nDefine and enforce integration architecture standards, development best practices, and governance.\nEnsure stability, performance, and reliability of ERP integrations, reporting, and data flows supporting business operations.\nDesign and build integrations using OIC, REST APIs, SOAP services, FBDI, HDL, ADFDI, and file-based interfaces.\nOwn integration lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.\nManage inbound and outbound integrations across Oracle ERP, OTM, third-party applications and data platforms.\nDevelop reusable integration patterns and automation to improve scalability and reliability.\nAdminister and manage OIC, including connections, adapters, security, certificates, agents, and environments.\nDesign integration flows with robust orchestration, routing, and error handling.\nLead daily technical support activities, monitor performance, troubleshoot production issues, and resolve integration failures.\nManage code promotion and deployment across environments.\nPerform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions to reduce operational risk.\nDesign and support reporting solutions using BI Publisher, OTBI, and dashboards.\nLead data conversion, migration, and reconciliation activities for ERP initiatives, onboarding acquired companies and other enterprise changes.\nEnsure data accuracy and consistency through validation and reconciliation across systems.\nSupport enterprise data integrations and reporting processes with strong SQL and data analysis capabilities.\nSupport Oracle quarterly updates, including impact analysis and regression validation.\nIdentify and resolve performance issues, integration gaps, and technical debt.\nDrive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across the Oracle Cloud ecosystem.\nLead and implement technical solutions for onboarding acquired companies into QXO’s Oracle Cloud Landscape, including data migration and integration.\nCoordinate with Oracle Support to resolve system defects, service requests, and enhancement opportunities.\nWhat you will bring:\nBachelor’s degree in Supply chain, Business administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\n7+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP technical experience\n5+ years of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience\nStrong experience with Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Applications (Order Management, Inventory, Advanced Inventory, Channel Revenue Management, Procurement, Product Management, Manufacturing, Cost Management)\nExpertise in integration development (OIC, REST/SOAP, FBDI, HDL, file-based)\nExperience with BI Publisher, OTBI, and enterprise reporting solutions\nStrong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets\nExperience with data conversion, migration, and reconciliation\nKnowledge of Oracle Cloud security and role-based access control\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across integrated systems\nProven ability to operate as the primary technical owner across multiple systems and domains\nStrong communication and business partnership skills\nAbility to influence technical decisions across teams\nHighly analytical with strong attention to detail\nSelf-starter with a strong ownership mindset\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nTravel\nTravel may be required to support Oracle projects and business initiatives.\nWhat you will earn:\nBase pay range: $101,300 - $172,200\nAnnual performance bonus\n401(k) with employer match\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance\nPTO, company holidays, and parental leave\nPaid Time Off/Paid Sick Leave: Applicants can expect to accrue 15 days of paid time off during their first year (4.62 hours for every 80 hours worked) and increased accruals after five years of service.\nPaid training and certifications\nLegal assistance and identity protection\nPet insurance\nEmployee assistance program (EAP)\nTo comply with Pay Transparency laws, employers must disclose an annual salary range.
