For more information, visit QXO.com.\nWhat you will do:\nOutside Sales Representative - Post-Tension | Dallas, TX\nBarnsco, a leading supplier of concrete construction materials and post-tension solutions, is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to grow business throughout the Dallas market. This role is responsible for developing new business, cultivating long-term customer relationships, securing project opportunities, and supporting contractors, builders, engineers, and distributors with post-tension, rebar, and concrete construction solutions.\nProspect and develop new business both residential and commercial through jobsite visits, networking, referrals, and cold calling.\nBuild and maintain relationships with concrete contractors, builders, engineers, and construction professionals.\nObtain project plans, identify upcoming opportunities, and position Barnsco solutions early in the sales cycle.\nManage customer accounts from project bid through completion while driving revenue growth and market share.\nProvide product recommendations, pricing, and technical support for post-tension and concrete reinforcing products.\nPartner with Operations, Engineering, and Inside Sales to ensure successful project execution.\nMaintain an active pipeline and execute a strategic territory growth plan.\nWhat you will bring:\n 3+ years of outside sales experience\nConstruction industry background preferred\nStrong prospecting and relationship-building skills\nExperience managing territories and customer pipelines\nSelf-motivated, organized, and goal-driven\nBilingual English/Spanish is a plus\nBottom Line: We need a boots-on-the-ground sales professional who knows the concrete construction industry, can open doors, obtain plans, build trust with contractors, and grow a territory through long-term relationship management.\nWhat you will earn:\nHealth Care Benefits\n401(k) with employer match\nPaid Time Off \nQXO is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
