This individual will not only administer and manage compensation programs but also play a critical role in shaping compensation philosophy to align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of compensation operations, and the ability to influence change and drive innovation.\nKey Responsibilities\nCompensation Program Management\nLead and administer field compensation programs, including base pay, annual bonus, and long-term incentive processes.\nMaintain compensation structures, job evaluation frameworks, and pay ranges across field operations.\nDesign and implement incentive plans that align with business objectives and drive performance.\nLeverage technology platforms (SuccessFactors, UKG, Oracle, etc.) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) to enhance efficiency and insights.\nCollaborate with Finance, Legal, HR, and business leaders to ensure successful deployment of compensation programs.\nCreate and execute comprehensive communication strategies for compensation programs.\nAnalytics & Compliance\nConduct benchmarking and market analyses to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.\nLead annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus, equity) including data validation and reporting.\nEnsure compliance with pay-related laws and proactively monitor pay equity.\nPrepare dashboards and reports to measure program effectiveness and support leadership decisions.\nLeadership & Change Management\nProvide consultative support to HR Business Partners and managers on compensation practices.\nDrive change management initiatives for new compensation programs.\nMentor and develop junior team members.\nWhat you will bring:\nBachelor’s degree in business, HR, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).\n10+ years of progressive compensation experience with strategic exposure.\nExpertise in compensation principles, benchmarking, job evaluation and pay equity.\nProficiency with HRIS, compensation tools, and advanced Excel; experience with automation and analytics tools preferred.\nStrong leadership, communication, and change management skills.\nCCP certification preferred.\nWhat you will earn:\n401(k) with employer match \nMedical, dental, and vision insurance \nPTO, company holidays, and parental leave \nPaid training and certifications \nLegal assistance and identity protection \nPet insurance \nEmployee assistance program (EAP) \nQXO is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
