The role requires close partnership with US business leaders, operations leadership, technology teams, and India-based functional stakeholders to deliver actionable insights, operational intelligence, and scalable analytics solutions that improve financial outcomes, operational efficiency, and client experience.\nThe Director will lead a diverse organization spanning Data Integration, BI Development, Reporting Operations, Advanced Analytics, Automation, and Specialized Insights teams like Contract Modelling and Net Revenue Variance Analytics.\nKey Responsibilities\nEnterprise Analytics Leadership\nDefine and execute the strategic roadmap for Analytics & BI aligned with organizational and client priorities.\nDrive analytics-led operational transformation initiatives across end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management functions including Patient Access, Coding, Billing, Denials, Collections, and Payment Posting.\nCollaborate with executive leadership across US and India teams to enhance data-driven decision-making and operational visibility.\nLead enterprise KPI governance, reporting standardization, and analytics modernization initiatives.\nEstablish scalable frameworks for self-service analytics and business intelligence adoption.\nData Integration & Engineering\nLead enterprise-wide data integration strategy across operational, financial, and client systems.\nOversee development and optimization of ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehouses, and cloud-based analytics platforms.\nEnsure high standards of data quality, governance, security, and compliance across analytics ecosystems.\nPartner with technology and architecture teams to enhance automation and data accessibility.\nBusiness Intelligence & Reporting\nOversee development and delivery of executive dashboards, operational scorecards, client reporting, and performance analytics.\nEnsure timely and accurate reporting supporting SLA management, productivity tracking, financial performance, and operational excellence.\nDrive adoption of visualization best practices and intuitive BI solutions for business stakeholders.\nLead reporting transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability, and automation.\nStandardization and optimization of reporting inventory\nSpecialized Analytics & Insights\nLead advanced analytics teams focused on forecasting, trend analysis, productivity optimization, denial analytics, workforce analytics, and revenue improvement opportunities.\nIdentify opportunities to leverage predictive analytics, AI/ML, and intelligent automation within RCM workflows.\nTranslate complex operational data into actionable business recommendations for leadership teams and clients.\nStakeholder & Client Engagement\nServe as a strategic analytics partner to US and India operational leadership and client stakeholders.\nPresent operational insights, business reviews, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership teams.\nCollaborate across Operations, Technology, Finance, Transformation, Quality, Compliance, and Client Services organizations.\nSupport executive governance reviews, client presentations, and strategic transformation initiatives.\nOrganizational & People Leadership\nLead and inspire a high-performing analytics organization of 200+ professionals across multiple functions and delivery teams.\nBuild strong leadership capability across managers, leads, and SMEs.\nDrive talent development, succession planning, employee engagement, and capability enhancement initiatives.\nFoster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\nGovernance & Operational Excellence\nEstablish strong delivery governance models, SLA frameworks, prioritization mechanisms, and performance management standards.\nDrive process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives across analytics delivery.\nEnsure adherence to HIPAA, healthcare compliance standards, data privacy, and information security protocols.\nManage risks, escalations, dependencies, and cross-functional coordination effectively.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Healthcare Administration, or related discipline.\nMaster’s degree (MBA/MS) preferred.\n15+ years of progressive experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or Reporting functions.\n5+ years of leadership experience managing large global teams (200+ employees preferred).\nExperience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domain require is a plus.\nProven success managing global stakeholder relationships, particularly with US-based business partners.\nExperience leading enterprise analytics transformation and large-scale reporting organizations.\nPreferred Technical Expertise\nBI & Visualization: Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense/QlikView\nData Platforms: SQL Server, Snowflake, Oracle, Azure, AWS, Redshift\nETL & Data Integration: Informatica, SSIS, Talend, Alteryx, or equivalent\nAnalytics & Automation: SQL, Python, R, AI/ML exposure preferred\nDelivery Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, DevOps
