To learn more, visit: www.r1rcm.com\nJob Description\nThe ideal candidate will manage user access provisioning, deprovisioning, and ensure secure access management processes.\n Key Responsibilities:\nProcess user access provisioning and deprovisioning requests via IDM tools.\n\nAssign roles based on subprocess and department.\n\nHandle ServiceNow tickets for access creation, modification, and deactivation.\n\nProvide email support for access-related queries and MFA setup assistance.\n\nEnsure timely processing of deactivation requests (within 24 hours).\n\nMaintain compliance with access control policies and SLAs.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications:\nExperience with IDM tools and user access management.\n\nFamiliarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.\n\nUnderstanding of IT security principles and access control.\n\nGood communication skills for email and ticket-based support.\n\nAbility to manage multiple requests with attention to detail.\n\n Preferred Qualifications:\nPrior experience in IAM roles.\n\nB.Tech/BCA preferred (any graduate acceptable).\n\nWorking in an evolving healthcare setting, we use our shared expertise to deliver innovative solutions.
