This role focuses on building robust, cloud-native systems that support mission-critical healthcare financial workflows and large-scale integrations. Moreover, leveraging AI/GenAI as an enabling capability within the overall platform is desired.\nPosition Title: Director\nDepartment / Function: Product and Engineering\nReports to: Vice President\nLocation: Noida\nKey Responsibilities\nDefine and drive enterprise architecture strategy for RCM platforms aligned to business and technology goals.\nEstablish and operationalize architecture pillars, including Scalability, Reliability, Security & compliance, Performance optimization, Operations and Cost optimization.\nDrive Design-first mindset across engineering organization.\nDesign highly scalable, fault-tolerant, and low-latency systems using microservices and event-driven architectures.\nLead cloud-native adoption and optimize infrastructure costs through:Right-sizing, auto-scaling, and workload optimization\nEfficient storage, compute, and data transfer strategies\n\nArchitect integration frameworks for EHR/EMR, payers, and clearinghouses using APIs and messaging systems.\nDefine and implement data architecture supporting transactional and analytical workloads.\nEnsure security-by-design and regulatory compliance (HIPAA) across platforms.\nEstablish strong observability, SRE practices, and performance engineering benchmarks.\nDrive build vs buy vs reuse decisions for platform capabilities.\nIdentify and enable AI/ML and GenAI use cases to enhance automation and efficiency within RCM workflows.\nLead architecture governance, design reviews, and technical decision-making forums.\nMentor engineering teams and promote engineering excellence and best practices.\nSolution Design and Architecture:\nUndertake solution design and architectural tasks, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability of software applications.\nConduct architecture reviews and provide recommendations to optimize system design and performance.\nEvaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools to support product development and delivery.\nDefine and document architectural patterns, guidelines, and best practices for the development teams.\nRequired Qualifications\n12+ years in software engineering, including 5+ years in architecture leadership roles.\nStrong expertise in:Distributed systems, microservices, and API design\nCloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)\nHigh-availability, fault-tolerant system design\n\nExperience with data platforms, event streaming (e.g., Kafka), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).\nDeep understanding of scalability, performance, and secure architecture principles.\nQualification: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any field.\nMust have Skills:\n1.Technical Skills:\n- Proficiency in designing and architecting enterprise-level software solutions using modern technologies and frameworks.\n- In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies, architectural patterns, and best practices.\n- Hands-on experience with Java or .NET technologies, cloud platforms, microservices, containers, and API design.\n- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and agile development methodologies.\n2. Leadership and Communication:\n- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to influence, motivate, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.\n- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in Healthcare / Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domain.\nFamiliarity with HL7, FHIR, and healthcare integrations.\nExposure to AI/ML or GenAI-enabled enterprise solutions.\nKey Competencies\nStrong architectural and systems thinking\nFocus on reliability, performance, and engineering excellence\nAbility to simplify complex systems and drive decisions\nLeadership and stakeholder management.\nWorking in an evolving healthcare setting, we use our shared expertise to deliver innovative solutions.
