Here, collaboration fuels progress, adaptability sparks innovation and every voice can help shape what’s next for R1 and the future of healthcare.\nOwning end-to-end execution of enterprise leadership and development programs - including planning, live facilitation, and learner experience.\nLead facilitation of workshops, training programs, and team development sessions across all levels of the organization, adapting content and delivery approaches to meet diverse learner and business needs.\nMaintaining and evolving program materials (e.g., decks, content, participant resources) to reflect adult learning best practices, R1 leadership competencies, and evolving business needs.\nCreate and implement engaging e-learning content from concept through launch, utilizing instructional design principles and authoring tools such as Synthesia, Articulate 360, Storyline, and Rise to support learner development and business objectives.\nAnalyzing program data - including attendance, completion, feedback, and value/impact ratings - to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements.\nTranslating business needs, stakeholder input, and program insights into clear, actionable learning solutions that continuously improve program impact.\nPartnering with internal communications to market and promote learning programs across the enterprise, driving awareness and participation.\nManaging program timelines, deliverables, and priorities across multiple initiatives simultaneously.\nStay current on learning trends and adult learning practices.\nOther duties and projects as required.\nFor this US-based position, the base pay range is $65,478.00 - $96,885.29 per year .
