Our mission is to transform the healthcare industry by driving efficiency for healthcare systems, hospitals, and physician practices, continuously striving to make healthcare work better for everyone.\nRole requirements:\nManage end-to-end Healthcare Billing/Revenue Cycle operations, ensuring achievement of productivity, quality, SLA/TAT, and delivery targets.\nMonitor inflow, output, pending inventory, aging, and backlog to maintain effective workload allocation and inventory health.\nOversee billing workflows including claim edits, billing exceptions, clearinghouse rejections, charge-related issues, and non-workable inventory.\nAnalyze operational KPIs, identify performance gaps and bottlenecks, and drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.\nLead, coach, and develop Supervisors, Team Leads, and associates, fostering accountability, ownership, and performance excellence.\nManage capacity planning, staffing, hiring, attrition, onboarding, training, and resource utilization.\nDrive structured performance management through regular reviews, coaching, productivity monitoring, and quality improvement.\nPartner with clients, onshore teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve dependencies, risks, escalations, and process gaps.\nLead governance reviews covering performance, inventory, risks, RCA, mitigation plans, and improvement opportunities.\nProactively identify and mitigate risks impacting SLAs, customer experience, compliance, and financial outcomes.\nDrive backlog reduction, process standardization, automation, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement.\nSupport operational transitions, knowledge transfer, stabilization, and adoption of new systems and processes.\nEnsure adherence to organizational policies, process controls, documentation standards, and applicable healthcare requirements.\nDemonstrate strong people leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.\nPre-requisite:\nStrong Healthcare RCM/Billing domain knowledge, including claim submission, edits/rejections, and billing workflows.\nProven people leadership with the ability to manage, coach, and develop Supervisors/Team Leads and large operations teams.\nStrong operational management skills across productivity, quality, SLA/TAT, inventory, aging, and backlog.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong RCA and data-driven decision-making approach.\nStrong client and stakeholder management, including governance, escalations, and cross-functional collaboration.\nDemonstrated ability to manage capacity, staffing, attrition, and resource utilization.\nStrong ownership and accountability, with the ability to operate effectively in a high-volume, dynamic environment.\nWorking in an evolving healthcare setting, we use our shared expertise to deliver innovative solutions.
