Job Summary\nThe Transport Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end employee transportation operations, ensuring employee safety, operational efficiency, service quality, vendor compliance, and cost optimization.\nThe candidate must have practical, hands-on experience using the MoveInSync application or any other transport application for daily transport operations, route planning, vehicle allocation, trip monitoring, employee transport management, reporting, and operational issue resolution. The role requires strong coordination with HR, Facilities, Security, transport vendors, and business stakeholders.\n2. Key Responsibilities\nA. MoveInSync / Transport Application\nOversee transport operations through MoveInSync or other transport applications.\nManage cab planning, route allocation, vehicle deployment, and trip monitoring.\nEnsure accurate employee, driver, vehicle, shift, and route data in the system.\nMonitor trip performance, delays, missed pickups, cancellations, and operational issues.\nReview transport reports and drive operational improvements.\nCoordinate with application support teams and stakeholders to resolve system issues.\nB. Employee Transport Operations\nOversee daily employee transport operations across all shifts.\nEnsure timely cab deployment, route optimization, and service delivery.\nManage transport escalations and operational disruptions.\nEnsure backup arrangements for vehicle shortages and emergencies.\nMaintain SOPs and operational controls.\nC. Employee Safety and Compliance\nEnsure compliance with transport policies and statutory requirements.\nMonitor driver and vehicle compliance, including licenses, permits, insurance, and fitness documents.\nEnsure adherence to safety requirements, GPS tracking, and emergency response procedures.\nInvestigate transport incidents and implement corrective actions.\nConduct safety reviews and awareness programs.\nD. Vendor and Fleet Management\nManage transport vendors and monitor SLA/KPI compliance.\nReview fleet availability, driver performance, and service quality.\nConduct vendor reviews, audits, and improvement discussions.\nSupport contract management, billing validation, and penalty administration.\nE. Cost Control and Budget Management\nMonitor transport budgets, expenses, and vendor billing.\nDrive cost optimization through route and fleet utilization.\nReview billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies.\nTrack cost-saving initiatives and budget performance.\nF. MIS, Reporting, and Analytics\nPrepare and review transport MIS and performance reports.\nMonitor operational, safety, service, and cost metrics.\nAnalyze transport data using Excel and reporting tools.\nPresent performance updates and improvement plans to management.\nG. Team and Stakeholder Management\nLead transport operations teams and vendor resources.\nCoordinate with HR, Workplace, Security, Finance, and business teams.\nManage employee transport concerns and escalations.\nConduct team reviews, training, and performance management.\nEnsure consistent service delivery across locations and shifts.\n3. Mandatory Skills and Experience\n8-12+ years of experience in corporate employee transportation.\nHands-on experience with MoveInSync or similar transport management systems.\nStrong knowledge of transport operations, safety, compliance, and vendor management.\nExperience managing large-scale transportation programs and multiple vendors.\nProficiency in Excel, MIS reporting, and data analysis.\nStrong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.\n4. Preferred Skills\nExperience managing multi-location transport operations.\nKnowledge of Power BI and dashboard reporting.\nExperience in transport cost optimization and SLA management.\nExposure to process improvement and automation initiatives.\n5.
