This role sits at the intersection of operations, product, and engineering. The ideal candidate is deeply fluent in healthcare claims lifecycle processes and can independently translate complex operational workflows into clear, testable requirements that engineering teams can build from. This is not a reporting or data analyst role. This is a workflow ownership and product translation role. To thrive in this role, you will think in systems (not reports), challenges assumptions thoughtfully, and understands healthcare deeply enough to ask the right second-order questions.\nKey Duties & Responsibilities\nSupport the development and drive execution of the AI-enabled revenue cycle solutions, using operational and performance data to identify opportunities, prioritize use cases, and inform expansion decisions.\nAnalyze and trend solution performance to identify patterns, root causes, risks, and opportunities for improvement; translate findings into clear recommendations and actions.\nDrive cross-functional execution of initiatives, partnering with internal leadership, operations, product, engineering, vendors, and other external stakeholders to deliver against strategic priorities.\nLead stakeholder discussions and drive decisions forward, clearly communicating recommendations, and providing direct, actionable feedback when needed.\nTroubleshoot operational and product issues, using strong attention to detail and structured problem solving to identify root causes and coordinate resolution across teams.\nLead a robust discovery process (conducting user interviews, creating process maps, completing gap analysis, etc.) in order to translate healthcare revenue cycle workflows into AI-enabled solutions.\nAnalyze current-state processes, existing standards, and operational, financial, and quality metrics to identify automation and efficiency opportunities and evaluate product performance.\nTranslate operational workflows into detailed, build-ready documentation:Product Requirements Documents (PRDs)\nUser Stories with acceptance criteria\nProcess maps and decision trees\n\nWork closely with product and engineering teams toRefine backlog items and clarify scope\nEnsure product development stays on track and delivers meaningful value to users and business objectives\nEnsure requirements are testable, traceable, and aligned to business outcomes\n\nSupport implementation and adoption of solutions through change management, documentation, and collaborating with training, quality, and performance management teams.\nAct as the connective layer between operations, product, engineering, and executive stakeholders\nCommunicate complex workflow logic clearly to technical and non-technical audiences\nOperate independently with minimal oversight once priorities are aligned\nSurface risks and constraint assumptions proactively\nMust be willing to travel up to 25%\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or Product Business Analyst in healthcare\nStrong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle management, including back-end operations, payor rules, claims workflows, denials management, and reimbursement methodologies.\nProven experience in process analysis, process improvement, or operational analytics within a healthcare environment.\nAdvanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and translate findings into actionable process recommendations.\nHands-on experience with Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting and visualization tools to track performance and outcomes.\nAbility to document workflows, business requirements, and process standards clearly and effectively.\nStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nStrong ability to prioritize\nStrong stakeholder facilitation skills\nComfortable managing ambiguity\nIndependent, structured thinker\nNice to have:\nFamiliarity with EHR systems, payor portals, and healthcare operating systems.\nExperience collaborating cross-functionally with operations, product, and engineering teams\nFor this US-based position, the base pay range is $100,171.00 - $145,414.10 per year .
